Well, we are at the end of this process and it has been interesting, indeed. On about the word Contentment, I started getting behind. Like I skipped a day and then caught up by doing two words in one day and then skippped another day. What this began to show me was my total resistance to feeling good. Wow, what an eye opener. For years, I have had thoughts like, oh, I could go do that thing over there but it would be probably make me feel good so I won't do it. I have no idea where this came from and it is not important to me (not anymore, it was at one time) to know the source. Once this came to me, I went way back into the past in regard to feelings and behaviour. What a relief it was when this morning I decided that even though I had been remiss in doing this process, I could finish in it my own fashion. So I did. This morning, I journaled through all of the the last 4 words and I feel fantastic. Finally, I experienced the relief. It is done. And, unless I absolutely insist upon it, I never have to visit those places again. I can live in joy and freedom.

And thank you, Frank, for what you said in the call this morning about "The Inevitability of Abundance". That is so true!!! I am rich and money comes to me from all directions. Thanks to all of you for participating in this amazing experience.
