Nine things that happen when you feel better

Most mornings, I have a call with my dear friend Dennis Tardan. Usually during the call he has a nice chat with the Communion of Light. He brings his own questions to them and relays mine as well.

In an amazing conversation with the Communion of Light this morning, they gave us a list of nine things that happen when you feel better.

They reminded us that our feelings — our vibration — determines everything. All that we are experiencing is a result of what we feel and think.

When Dennis pressed them for more practical information they asked him to write down this list:

  1. Creativity expands, ideas flow to me, actionable ideas become apparent.
  2. My body relaxes. Chemical reactions occur in my body in response to my vibration expanding.
  3. Who I am in the world changes. How others see me changes. I become more attractive. Those who can see, see more light shining through me. My aura expands.
  4. It is easier to remember who I am. I am a spiritual being, a vibrational being, having a physical experience. When I feel better, it is easier to remember this.
  5. My speech flows better. Ideas come forth with greater clarity.
  6. I see the interconnectedness of all things with greater understanding.
  7. I realize that there is nothing that I cannot be, do or have.
  8. I realize that my decision to feel better is impacting my experience in the physical plane and I realize that the abundance in my life, whatever shape it may take, flows from that decision.
  9. When I feel better, when I feel good, I realize why I forgot how important it is to feel good.

I could write volumes about this, but I think it speaks for itself.
