What to expect in a session with the Communion of Light
The Communion (as I like to call them) are a collective of non-physical entities that speak through me with a single voice. You might think of them as a group of very close friends that get together regularly – if you can imagine that as happening outside of time and space, which can be a little boggling.
When you are communicating with the Communion, they may appear to be very formal in their expression. While they don’t seem to have much personality, they do have a very dry wit that will pop up from time to time.
Don’t let the appearance of formality keep you from asking any question you have – whether it’s personal, global, general, or specific. Feel free to interact with them as you would any friend. The great thing about the Communion is the broader perspective that they bring us, which time and again has shown to be liberating, joyful, peaceful, and loving.
Before we begin a session, I will check in with you to see if you have any questions about the process. Feel free to ask anything about what will be happening.
When the session begins, I will close my eyes and take a deep breath. This is my signal to the Communion that I am ready to consciously blend energy with them. They will announce their presence by saying, “We are the Communion of Light and we are with you now.”
They may start the session with a short statement or comment on whatever we may have been discussing prior to their visible arrival. Or they may simply ask you, “Are you having any questions for us?”
As the session progresses, you will probably notice that, when they are speaking through me, my voice takes on a vaguely European accent. I’ve never discovered where the accent comes from. But I don’t seem to have any conscious control over it.
If we are having a session in person, my eyes will be open for most of the time the Communion is speaking with you.
A lot of clients ask me, “where do you go while the Communion is here?” I am right there with you but very focused on the present moment and paying attention to the stream of energy that is flowing between you and the Communion. I usually don’t have a memory of your conversation with the Communion, except for those particular points that are of interest to me or that my attention is drawn to for whatever reason. It is always an enjoyable experience to be in the stream with the Communion.
When the session ends, it usually takes me a short moment to come back to three-dimensional focus, as I like to call it. I’ll check in with you to see if you have any questions about what you just experienced. And then, if you want, schedule a time for you to continue your conversation with the Communion.
